With half a million new homes planned for the East of England how will we meet the transport needs for new communities? This two-day conference is presented by the Institution of Civil Engineers and supported by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and the Institution of Highways & Transportation to look at some of the issues involved and stimulate new thinking.
